Delay in Refund of money from Richfeel trichology

Delay in Refund of money from last 2.5 yrs from Richfeel trichology. Value: 59000

I have made a payment of Rs 59000 in June 2019 but due to medical issues surgery was not possible.
Management approved my refund in Jan. 2020. But till date i have not got any refund.
Kindly help me to get this refund from this unprofessional company.

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
