Delay in repair of product by JBL

I have courier my jbl flip 3 product to Flextronics, Gurgaon service center of jbl on 16th of February and still after 2 month they are not able to repair my product and do they don’t want to send/mail any information about my product just told me to wait some days. I want solution of this case. Company have rule to repair any products within 15 working days but they take too much time. Please help
