Delay in repair of product by JBL

I have courier my jbl flip 3 product to Flextronics, Gurgaon service center of jbl on 16th of February and still after 2 month they are not able to repair my product and do they don’t want to send/mail any information about my product just told me to wait some days. I want solution of this case. Company have rule to repair any products within 15 working days but they take too much time. Please help

Complaint against Make My Trip for refund delayed for more than six months – Rs.9,993/-: Claudia Jones of Goa (happyecoclaudia(at)yahoo.co.uk) had to cancel a flight to Thailand on 30-04-2009 that was booked through Make My Trip. She was assured that she would receive a full refund. She did not get the refund even after six(6) months. Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back. She posted her complaint with ICF on 28-04-2020 and ICF took the matter up with OYO. After several follow-ups and guidance to the customer, Ms. Singh got her refund back on 29/5. Gurugram, Haryana

Refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.10,000/-: Mr. Sesha Sai Kuchibhotla, Hyderabad 500008, Telangana booked 2 student tickets on make my trip. Though the 3rd baggage was free for students on British Airways, he was charged Rs.10,000/- @ 5000 Rs per ticket. He raised a complaint with Makemytrip but it was not resolved even after 45 days. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam.
