Irresponsible behaviour of cable operator

I am residing in Kakinada..my local cable operator doesn’t respond to any complaints.. Atleast once a week there will b some signal issues and stops working. at that time he will switch of his phone..since 3 days there is no cable in our area and he is not responding to our complaints..today he came and activated and demanded for money…I asked him to come when my husband is at home to pay the cable rent as my husband want to warn him regarding his negligence.immediately he deactivated my cable .I used to pay the bill monthly even though there is some negligence by his side but this time as he shows more negligence I just want to warn him before paying the rent. but he keep on being irresponsible more.his phone no is 9xxxxxxx9

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
