Delay in service for Lenovo mobile

We have contacted the Vijeex systems Lenovo service center, upon the suggestion from Lenovo customer care after contacting them, for the replacement of the damaged touchscreen on 05/08/17 and handed over the phone for the repair. We had been informed that they would contact us soon in few days once the job is done but since then, for about 1.5 months, none has contacted us nor they attend our calls. Few of the times they attend, they always tell the same story – they had ordered for the new display and once it arrives, they will inform – and ask us to wait. After complaining the issue to the Lenovo customer service few times, now they are also not responding to any of my mails. Again after trying hard to get in contact via call after few days and asked about the status and the unusual delay it’s pathetic to say that their reply is so irresponsible and said that we can take back our mobile if we wish so. We can take back the mobile but what is the point in waiting for this long time and get no result. We reside about 30km away from the service center aan there is no authorized Lenovo service center nearby our residence. Hence we request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Hope you do the needful to us at the earliest. Thanking you.
