Receiving damaged product. Value: 2900.

i ordered a product from shyam krupa enterprise they sent me a damaged prdsuct worth 2900 rupees when i asked them for a return they ignored my messages and blocked my number when i tried with another number they kept delaying the process and i never got a refund.
