Hello, I have been misled by the company Bee Smart solutions (Brand Name: Voovly) of Rs. 25000
They promised to onboard our brand on Myntra/ Nykaa and have just been lying to us about technical issues and are refusing to refund the money back to my Company.
We made a payment on 8th July 2022 and are yet to receive a refund for their failure to act. We have a contractual agreement from them that they will provide a refund if they fail to get our brand onboarded on Myntra but ther is no refund done yet. Now they just plain ignore our calls and messages.
