Document sent through Trackon not traceable

I have send a courier wwith Trackon Courier on 05/05/2018 but till today company staff is not able to tell whether courier has been delivered or not. At wwebsite it is showing that courier is dispatched from Ambala to Kuruskhetra. No one in the company is able to provide proper reply. There is Important docs. in it. If they lost there will a loss to me of Rs. 30000/-
