Wrong product received from Snapdeal, no customer support

I purchased shoe from snapdeal on 25th April 18. The said shoe was with wrong size and colour so I asked to return the same .. courier guy come home once to pickup but not took because colour of shoes was different.. he asked to change return and then he will be able to return the same.. since than I am receiving only msges but no one even called to understand the issue and nor my product return… it’s like agreement to me . After paying amount .. I think around 10 times I raised request and 3 tim3s mailed to snapdeal team but no revert received.
