I APPLIED FOR SMARTPHONE ON EMI WITHOUT CREDIT CARD FROM e-commerce site www.nextfhone.com on January from mob no 9xxxxx8. my application was rejected but as they told that the company policy that if my application get rejected then my down payment were refund to my Bank account upto 23 business day. i send my bank account details on company mail id which i had been told from cust care. but till now i didn’t receive my my money back to my bank account. i tried many times to call customer care but they always reject my call. please sir i m new trainee and there are very critical financial problem.so please investigate and resolve this as soon as possible. and make refund of my down payment. i make down payment through my debiy card the transaction detail are given below
