I purchased 3 items from StalkBuyLove.com on 24th Jul,2019. But due to size issues I had to return the items so I contacted them. They asked me to self ship the items as pick up service is not available at my location. I shipped the items via DTDC with consignment no #Z21xxxxx4 and it got delivered to them on 31st Jul. Since then I am trying to contact them on mails/tweets for refund but they are not replying to me. Their helpline no is not working either.
I noticed that there is many buyers like me who is complaining the same on their twitter account. They are either not sending the items after taking the money of not initiating the refunds.
