I’ve travelled using uber pool on 29th June 2017 saturday in the early morning hours 5:08 AM, app showed your trip is booked for RS 29 but after reaching my destination which just 2.2 km I.e from MEI layout to Dasarahalli metro station I’ve been charged for 82Rs which driver asked me to pay but my app was showing to pay 29 Rs which is fixed fair for uber pool UpTo 4 km and billing which was in my mail says it’s 82Rs
After a clash with driver finally I paid 82Rs, I’ve mailed 2 mails to UBER website support but there is
No reply or any call to clear the matter,it’s shows the negligence about customer
I thought I was the only person who was a victim but there are so many customers who are facing same situations, I strongly recommend to please penalize the company for the negligence towards consumer.
