I purchased a lehenga choli from pari_ethnic on Instagram by CoD method nearby 6th or 7th of August 2019. They told me that return is available so there is no tension in case if I didn’t liked the product. After 2-3 days of ordering i received my order and as i opened it, it was not worth it at all. The quality was so cheap, even the colour of the dress was so dull and looked like outdated. When I complained to them regarding this they were like no ma’am we can’t take your order back and denied to things they said earlier. When I asked them for the refund amount they didn’t even responded to it and my messages are not seen by them till date. It has been more than a month now since I placed my order and till date I haven’t received my order back. Please help me get my refund!
