Fake assurance of e-commerce service from Flipkart

I order a king size bed from flipkart which was delivered on 28th March 2019, and it’s part got detached the same day, I tried for replacement through app but showed error, so I called their customer support the next day and they said yes my complaint has been registered, and the product will get replaced but I didn’t get any update for 3-4 days, so I again tried through app and it got registered for replacement, they uninstalled it on 4th April 2019 and packed the product and left it in my home saying they will pick and replace it but today is 17th April and they have not resolved it yet. I have complained many times through social network but only got fake assurance. The packed bed has occupied a lot of space inside my home which is creating problem in staying and I have to sleep on floor for last 15 days. I want to file case against Flipkart Private Limited for fake assurance to me and creating mental and physical harassment to me and my family.
