Fake products from sopiagos website

I have placed an order from sopiagos website through online i.e. a samsung power bank 30000 mah and samsung Bluetooth air phone for Rs 999. After receiving the same I found that they gave me a second hand philips powerbank which is also a fake product which does not have any vouchar or bill and Bluetooth headphone is not working. After seeing that i went to that website to return the product. But there is no option for return and which mail id they provide on the website i. e. also a fake email id and a phone no they provide to the website which is also a fake phone number. My order id was #SG2345415736 order date was 28 Aug 2017. Sir please do a needful action that I can return it and get my money back.
