Complaint regarding refund from Paytm

Paytm face website . I order 7 items on 3.8.2017 and next day i canceled all items i receive 4 itm cash(refund) in my account and still 3 order cash(refund) not received. Many time i call to paytm and my sbi bank. Paytm need sbi call ref num i share my sbi complaint ref number but still paytm replying that i need to contact with my bank. paytm digest my 3145 inr . Paytm make me fool every time they share ARN Number for chk transaction detail from bank but sbi need UTR number they told me they have no system to track ARN number

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
