I have order a toshiba convio 2 TB hard disk. On 21st Nov 2017 I got a message stating that your order is dispatched. My order is COD. Today (22nd Nov 2017) when I receive the item the packet does not contains hard disk. it contains a purse and card holder.
I complaint regarding this to snapdeal with images and they said the item is not yet dispatched by the seller.
This is huge scam going on online shopping. I am attaching all the screen shots of product, complaint number from snap deal.
Snapdeal has to refund my amount as because of them my information is leaked in public and this scam happen. I am attaching a zip file which contains receipts and photograph of item.
