I came to know about a shoe seller on instagram through his posts featuring shoes. I did contact him and he shared with me shoe images and prices. I am a retailer and bought from him to sell again to my customers. He did send me one sample pair when i paid him through Paytm for that pair. Then he send me new images for loafers and gave me account number for pay him. I did pay him on his account, of which i have proof as well. I received part of my order, and for the remaining part he said he will send later.
Then after few days he said either you have to add more quantity or pay extra for shipping, then only i will send
And its been more than 3-4 months he keeps on ignoring my calls or gives me reason that i am going out of India for work. He runs whatsapp on this number, if his phone is out of coverage in case. He has also blocked me over Instagram since i cannot see his posts but i did check from other account he does posts photos
