This order was placed on 10th July, 2018 and the phone stopped working a month ago. So close to 5 months it worked and then randomly stopped working. Even though the product is under warranty since its under 1 year. Earlier flipkart agreed to refund the money since they contacted the seller and they asked for the product to be picked up. So the logistic partner came to pick up but refused to take the phone since the original box was not there, which we mentioned earlier on only. Its a very expensive phone, why is flipkart selling phones like this on their website if they dont have support from the seller. The product is under warranty and i want a refund.
