Flipkart vendor cancel paid order of discounted price

I have ordered two external hard disk and below are the order ID’s.

1. OD211518288844360000
2. OD211518423669354000

The original price of the product is INR 8000 and it was placed on offer price of INR 3000 and upon ordering the same, seller has just cancelled the order without any reason. I have attached a JPEG file of the order details that was cancelled.

He did not receive the product though the company gave a non-existing Bluedart AWB. The customer asked for refund but the refund was not forthcoming. Refund from Travolook – Rs.29,775/- : Mr. Arpit Makwana of Thane, Maharashtra tried to book tickets on the portal Travolook however the booking got cancelled due to fare expiration. Customer wrote to the portal for refund however did not receive the same. Customer approached ICF on 15-01-2021 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Finally customer got refund by 03-02-2021. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. ICF submitted the claim to Nivea and on 11-01-2010 Mrs. Rekha Goyal has confirmed that she got refund of cost of nivea soft and medical expenses. Nivea - 11.01.2010
