Fossil website charging more than MRP

I had order a wallet from Fossil India website for which I was charged INR 4595/-. But when I received the product the MRP in the tag was INR 4295/-. I reached out to their customer support thru email and call. But they didn’t agree to help. My concern is not with quantum of amount but with the way they are doing business in India by charging more than MRP. I think this forum is to resurrect such illegal and unethical way of doing business by such big corporates . Ours money is also hard earned and we are paying the legitimate price of their product. Then why they are charging more than MRP and and not addressing customer grievance.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
