I ordered a pair of shoes on 15/07/17 from a seller on instagram(ragsndolls) and was asked to paytm an amount of 2080(1400+680)(680 was for a make up product which was delivered in a few weeks) the transaction no. 13554691158
when I asked about the shoes(sep 2) she said they are late because of floods, I asked her for tracking number because she said she sent it by post but received no reply. I have been trying to contact her( on instagram & on facebook @rags-N-dolls online store) to either send me the product or pay me back the money but it has been to no avail.
