I am working in Andheri MIDC area near Tunga Paradise Hotel. In this area there is one restaurant named as MIDC restaurant who is charging 2 rs extra per item as refrigeration charge and charging 5 rs extra per item if we are paying by card. I purchased 5 Ice creams worth rs 20 per item from him and paid bill through card so he charged 25 rs per item and instead of rs. 100 he took 125 rs from me.
Also when i asked why you are charging 5 rs extra he was very arrogant and dint gave me any answer for extra charge.
his answer was – “Aapne pahile puchha tha kya? nahi na ? sidha ice cream leke card de diya payment karene ke liye.. ice cream lene se pahile kyu nahi puchha. next time puchna fir bataunga”
Kindly take appropriate action on the same.
