Fraud sales on quikr

I have paid money for a quikr redmi 3s product via paytm and didnt received product. Seller was from bengaluru hub he called me and i sent him money via paytm his, no.is 7xxxxxxxxx1.I really request you to take appropriate action against him,im ready to provide all proofs related this fraud. Thank youu.
