I had a call from GLOBAL INTELENET BPO hr consultancy Located in BORIVALI, Mumbai.. they offered me placement in reliance Jio as a back office Executive.. Hence as a job seeker i gave an visit to there consultancy in Borivali.. they promised to give me placement in Reliance jio and charged me 1700/- rupees as there consultancy fees.. in which 700 was there comisssion charges and 1000/- was refundable once i would have joined the company, after the payment they promised me to place me in 2 days but they started ignoring my phone calls and even reverting any followup but when they sent me for an interview in location navi mumbai the company the provided was somthing different there was no reliance Jio but some BPO Calling Job in different firm.. i was unsatified from all this and i refused to join the given company and all so intimated Mr. Vxxxxl the team leader of Global Intelenet Bpo, and hence that time he was ready to refund back my money.. but after 1 week they sent me an email that they cant refund and refuse to pay any refund amount as they say in there database they are showing i have join the company given by them… but there was no joining formalities and documentation ever happend.. and these people has made a loot and fraud by snatching 1700/- in name of promising a job
these people have harrased me…mentally and physically…as a woman i am in a grave displeasure, please help me out to recover my amount
