I agreed with a company named Ns solution for the data entry job and mistakenly I submitted a e-copy of my Aadhar card to them. I was unable to complete the work in their time frame which was 10 days
I joined the work in the month of January last year.
In the month of may they demanded me for the money which was written in their agreement for not completing the work 5200/- now on 26 July 2020 Rakesh shah named their legal advisor called me up told me a petition have been filed against me in Gujarat session court Vappi and I have to report the court for the hearing on 27 July 2020. When I tried to trace the number of Rakesh shah it was reported as a spam. Now he and the company is harassing me . Please help me
