Free McAfee antivirus not provided with purchase of HP Pavilion

I have bought hp pavilion 1 month ago they provided a festive offer of 999 under which they promise to provide a McAfee, for 1 year and 3 more offer like theft warranty uinstal etc
But they betrayed me its been a month and i Haven’t recieved anything i mailed HP support centre and many other and they just tend to transfer call from one consumer executive to another. I request you to kindly look into this matter else unwillingly i need to drag thia issue into the consumer court. Hoping for a quick reply

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
