Faulty Mi Note 5 received from Flipkart

We received faulty piece of red mi note5 pro mobile on flip kart. Mi service center is not exchange the same after 24 days. Service center is only done repairing but problem is not resolved. Why we use this mobile if we have give n price of new . We require new handset in replacement of same. But Mi company and flip kart is not going to give replacement. We are complaint against faulty mobile received by us from flip kart and mi. We want new piece in replacement.
