Harp shack earphone brand fraud

I ordered harp divine 3 earphone from there site and received defective product. Product is not working. Then i try to contact with company but there is no any way to contact. I sent mail to them but not getting any reply about returning product. They send me used and defective product and also not solving my problem.
And there is also one problem with my order i made order on 18 July but on received box and bill order date is 17 July how it can be possible. This one is clear case of fraud by this brand so please help me to return. Please please please
