I would like to bring your notice that last Saturday dated 21st March 2020 I have requested Hathway to install broadband at the Speed of 100 MBPS and Salesperson whose name is Mxxxxk told me if I would make online payment then it would be installed on same day by evening . So I did payment of RS. 2475.00/- via online for 3 months . After that till today (complaint filed date ) no one has installed the connection . I have contacted their consumer care and even nodal officer but not getting enough response . I have requested for cancellation of connection and as per their format send the details .
As per Government Internet service falls under the category of essential service so person can work from home . But they are also ignoring it .
Request you to look into the matter and help me to get refund hard earned money to my account . Thank you .
