I applied for HDFC personal loan and bank executive/sales manager disbursed 16 Lakhs amount without my consent/agreement.
Raised complaint to HDFC customer care. No resolution/response from customer care
-> Discussed with first level sales manager but no response (Pxxxxn )
–> Complained to second level manager , he said talk to first level manager(Txxxxa)
–> Informed to Third level manager -no response
As i have cancellation time for only 15 days but still HDFC bank is not at all responding and i am trying from past 14 days.
I want to cancel loan with ZERO FEE as Bank failed the standard process and without information disbursed loan.Please take necessary action immediately.
