Hotel charging more than MRP and GST on MRP

Lemon tree hotel in patna charged us excessively for a bottled water. For a “20 rupee bottle” it charged us “125 rupees”. Clearly they are not following the rule put up by the central government. Also they have taken more GST.. the have taken 18% instead of 5%.. they must be doing with so many customers. We questioned them but still they made us pay.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
