Hotel charging more than MRP and GST on MRP

Lemon tree hotel in patna charged us excessively for a bottled water. For a “20 rupee bottle” it charged us “125 rupees”. Clearly they are not following the rule put up by the central government. Also they have taken more GST.. the have taken 18% instead of 5%.. they must be doing with so many customers. We questioned them but still they made us pay.

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back. But he did not receive the product even after a month. He sent Many mails to their support team got no response. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund.
