I am ICICI account holder for last two decades. Recently I went to bank for activate my dormant account and link adahar card .her I came to know that by mistake bank connect ed my FD account with my NRI /NRO account which I opened 10 yrs back and bank officials asking my visa details to activate my account . because I open another account to put my FD in 2014 December . Bank officials took application form plus my pp photo after years now they saying it s not done my FD is connected with NRI account. And I am not in home town and I approached MP. Indore branch ànd they refused to do and my account holding branch manager says I haven’t done that mistakes I joined 6 months back only . I send mail to complain to zonal manager but haven’t received any reply not even intimation that they received my complain.
