i had ported out of idea cellular and it has been over 3 months. i am yet to get refund of my deposit. i get excuses that courier services are not working. it is surprising that even banks have been able to revert with credit card deliveries and all courier services are working. idea being a large Telco service provider, should have been able to send me the deposit by cheque or atleast by electronic transfer.
it is hard to believe that idea wants to sit on my deposit fr a long time and not pay me my money due.
appreciate, if you can show me a way forward to get the deposit refunded at the easliest with the penal interst.
