Idea Network issue leaving consumers helpless

Idea Vodafone has been charging us about 2500 rupees per month for 6 sim cards in a CUG. There have been call drops and heavy network issues since more than 2 years and they are failing to address the issue. Idea helpline always gives the standard response to problems and has not been solving the network issue. They have been admitting that there is a network issue and they say they are improving the network yet the problem has been worsening. The issue is arising in Karvenagar area in Pune and Idea is leaving consumer helpless.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
