I had placed an order for “Arrow Navy Tailored Fit Mens Single Beasted Formal Suit” on Dec 22nd 2017 which did not have the pants. As soon as we opened it and found that pants not to be there, i called customer care and raised a complaint. which they assured that will be addresses ASAP.
In return to the complaint they came up with a solution which says “Upon reviewing your case, we see that the product was shipped post stringent quality check .Hence we would not be able to provide refund for missing item”
This reply boiled me up to the core as shipping a product does not ensures that it will be delivered in same condition. What is the proof that the package had the pants before delivering it.
This was a 7300 Rs Product which is waste now and about what Myntra definitely does not have any value.
I had ordered products worth 40K on same day. You can imagine what level of trust has been broken up by one of the biggest online Merchant in India.
After spending 40K in one single day Myntra thinks that i am lying about a PANT. Is this is the value what company gives to their elite and regular customers.
This has annoyed me so much as this is not the first time its happening but earlier 2-3 months back also a similar incident had happened with me Where i placed an Order for BIBA layered Embroided Kurta and pallazo set where i did not get the Dupatta and layered sheer woven jacket whcih was eventually returned and refunded after raising complaints.
I want either the missing item to be delivered or refund for the complete product amount..
If i do not get my whole amount then i will sue Myntra till consumer court
