Inconvenient travel service from Raj Travels

I booked a ticket to travel from trichy to chennai via payment app on June 11.i booked a/c sleeper but the a/c vent did not work from the beginning, when asked, they asked me to open the window as it won’t work..I paid for a/c service but the entire bus travel was just inconvenient. Irresponsible reply. I want my money back. the seat was not good,it was not clean as well.please take action.
