I booked a ticket to travel from trichy to chennai via payment app on June 11.i booked a/c sleeper but the a/c vent did not work from the beginning, when asked, they asked me to open the window as it won’t work..I paid for a/c service but the entire bus travel was just inconvenient. Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.6,688/-: Mr. Anshu Tomar of Hyderabad, Telengana booked Spicejet ticket from Hyd to Del- SG226 (Travel date: 25 Dec 2014) & Del to Hyd ( Travel date: 4 Jan 2015)-SG235.
