I see HipHop sportswear page on instagram with around 85K Followers, I wish to order shorts from that page, so I contacted ,they respond quickly. I ordered 3 shorts pricing of 597 and Paid through Paytm QR Code that they send after that I didn’t get any response from them. I tried to Contact many time they didn’t respond.
The page has been promoting products that are too good to be true, with claims of high quality and low prices.
I believe that this Instagram page is violating consumer protection laws by engaging in fraudulent activities, and I urge the relevant authorities to investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
I request that the Consumer Forum investigate this matter and take appropriate action against this fraudulent Instagram page to protect the rights of consumers. I have attached evidence(Instagram chats , Paytm QR Code, Transaction slip of the fraudulent activities to support my complaint.
