I had bought new iphone7 128gb on 30 Mar 17 from reliance digital store in andheri east. After using it for almost 3 months, on 29 June i face this issue for the first time. After inserting the headphone wire in the phone to listen to music etc. the phone does not detect it and the music / calls etc goes on speaker directly. There were issues with display and touch as well. After initial call assistance the phone was given to service centre B2x in andheri east for observation and repair to bangalore centre. The iphone was replaced with other iphone with similar configurations but the problem persisted even in this phone. Then the phone was again replaced for the 2nd time and problem continues, still today. So in last 2 months i have used 3 iphones with same problems. Now they are not replacing the iphone or giving me a refund or any other option and asking me to wait till next software version etc and wasting my time unnecessary. they are not giving to me in writing that if this attempt doesn’t work then what is the solution. I am really fed up of this trial, i did not pay so much money to just make/receive calls. Don’t know what to do? Need help.
