Late delivery and no response from Velex courier

I got a message from kotak mahindra bank that my new debit is dispatched thru velex courier on 31-07-18. the shipment tracking showed that it has reached at there andheri branch. but its been 3 days now, the shipment is still with them. i am calling them from last two days on the numer 8108102117/18/19/20, they are busy to answer calls or they keep it on hold or just hang it up, saying that it will deliver tommorow. this kind of behaviour is seriously untorable.
