Lenovo India not fulfilling additional Gaming Gear request

I have purchased a Lenovo Laptop in Aug 2019 and opted for their promotional Gaming Gear Kit by paying 2000 rupees additional amount.

Lenovo India has promised me to send the gaming gear within 45 days but have not fulfilled their promise even now also which is almost three months.

I have mailed them, tweeted to them and called them and all I got is false promises.

You can check the mail chain for my previous communication with Lenovo customer care.

Please do the needful, Customer service by Lenovo is not the best practices I have seen.

Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
