Letter not delivered by DTDC Couriers

Had sent a courier letter through dtdc courier(Consignment ID -C77165209) from Srivilliputtur to Virudhunagar on 16 Aug 2017. The addressee hasn’t received the letter yet. The tracking status in the dtdc website gives wrong info – origin/destination place – Madurai, booking date – 24th Aug 17. Wrong pincode rendered. concerns- 1) No updates rendered by the booking office. 2) Can a legal action be taken upon the concern for my lost important document?

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
