New Madan Furniture not providing bill and warranty service

On 11th March 2017 I purchased a L-Shaped Sofa Set of Brown Color and Leather Material from New Madan Furniture House, Gole Market, New Delhi – 110001 for sum of Rs26500/-. Unfortunately, at the time of purchase of sofa no bill is provided by the shopkeeper. He assured us at the time of delivery i.e. 31st March 2017 Bill and all warranty papers will be provided but didn’t received any paper at delivery also. I continuously tried to follow up with shopkeeper for the same but he keeps on making excuses. And after long chase he denied to provide any bill and warranty on the said product.
I also received defected product from New Madan Furniture House as there were many holes in leather covering of Sofa Set. For which when I asked for replacement he denied and provided a fix to it. I carried on with Sofa in same condition. But after few month of usage of Sofa Set, the wooden frame has started breaking up. When I asked for fix of the same, I was denied any service from shopkeeper. I tried calling him many times but mostly my calls were not answered.
I am feeling as a victim of theft. But this shop keeper is not only steeling from me but also from government by not providing bill for purchases and evading TAX.
Hence, kindly requesting you to take strong action against said dealer/shopkeeper and pre me with assistance to get product replaced or repaired.
