Medical claims not settled by Mediassist even after four months

I submitted a claim on Nov-2020 against the policy but till date I have not receive any claim or proper answer from TPA MEDI ASSIST almost More than 4 months gone Medical claims not settled by Medi assist even after four months.
I discuss with Hospital Doctors but they told me that no any person from Medi Assit  has contact about this matter & no-one has contact with me.
Through Medi ASSIT app I have check my claims status & it is showing deny.
At that time I was suffering from Coran & after ten days my corona report was come negative & I was discharge from hospital.
Again I sincerely request you to look into the matter & solve the issue at the earliest because I think that delay is unreasonable.
