Mi Max 2 Order cancelled by Flipkart without consent

I ordered Mi Max 2 (black, 64 GB) online on flipkart on 21st September 2017. The offer price after four offers was Rs 12,744. I was supposed to receive the Phone on 23rd September, but I did not receive. When I raised a request online on the delay in delivery, one customer service executive called me and informed me that my pin code is a non serviceable pincode and hence I should go and collect the Phone from some address. When I insisted on how this has become a non serviceable pincode , as I received multiple products ordered on flipkart on the same address, he put me on hold for a minute and came back and said he is requesting for the phone to be re-sent and that I will receive the phone in 2 days. I have not heard from anyone since. This morning (28th September 2017) I received an SMS from Flipkart saying my order is cancelled. I have not given any consent of getting the order cancelled. If they had no intentions of selling the product at that price, they should not have had it on the sale at all. It all looks like fraud / Fake offer.
