Mis selling of internet services by Spectra Internet Service Provider

I changed a plan from 100 Mbps to 500 mbps on 13th Dec 2020. They changed the plan and started charging money, however, the speed remained the same. When I complained then after lot of follow-up I got a call and I was told that there is a slight increase in the speed (now I was getting around 110 mbps) and I was told that I wont get more than this speed on the router that I have and on wifi. For 500 mbps I should use LAN. No one gave me this information while changing the plan. SR20122831415/SR20122829096 These are the 2 service request numbers.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
