Complaint against travalook for refund

Dear Sir/Madam
I have booked air ticket on last October 23rd from travalook site for Hubli to karnataka. And my amount got devoted but ticket not confirmed. Later have received a message stating that booking g got cancelled and amount will be refunded .

Am following from last 2.5 months still now my amount was refunded and every time they telling another 5 to 10 working days.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
