Misguiding wrong offer from Vodafone

Vodafone executive called me when i was porting and gave me good offer. I decided to stay with Vodafone, But after one month Vodafone is saying they cannot give offer because it is not available with them. It is nice to unethical approach from Vodafone to retain the customers and they offer plans which doesnt even exits with them.

Be careful with Vodafone team. They can go to any level. They are not customer service orientated company, They only need money.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
