No service support for Dell laptop from Shopclues

Sir i purchase one dell laptop from shop clues on 24 march 2017 in amout 13394/ specification are Dell LATITUDE/E6410 intel care i5 4GB 250GB) by the warrenty ID amc2ya9700, but now it have some power on issue. i tried costemer care numbers but they not responding, also talked Support dell .com they told me that its its warrenty expired you discuss with shopclues….sir how these sites (shop clues) sold that expiered items to consumers.. sir kindely do something to sort mout my problem.thanking yours.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
