Money debited but order not placed on Flipkart, shows issue resolved

Ordered REDMI NOTE 12 using my flipkart pay later option plus Gpay for the total sum of 12048/- on October 12. Rupees 5048 has been debited from my account but the order has not been placed. I tried to contact customer support but I haven’t received a satisfactory response from your end. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. All details are attached with screen shorts.
